ARP Africa Travel Appoints Martin Froggatt as CEO, Taqi Moledina Transitions to Chairman

After sixteen years of exceptional leadership as Chief Executive Officer, Taqi Moledina will assume the role of Chairman of the Board. During his tenure as CEO, Taqi has been instrumental in transforming ARP Africa Travel into a dominant force across East Africa, with a respected international presence through a robust global agent network.

Taqi will continue to play a very active role in the business, focusing on group-wide strategy, innovation, and long-term vision. In his new position, he will work closely with the board, investors, and shareholders to steer strategic growth initiatives and uncover new opportunities that align with ARP’s mission of excellence, integrity, and trust.

Succeeding him as Chief Executive Officer is Martin Froggatt, a seasoned executive with a distinguished track record in the global travel industry. Martin brings with him 25 years of tourism experience and a depth of experience from leadership roles at renowned travel brands including Walt Disney, TUI, Travelopia, and most recently, Abercrombie & Kent, where he led a portfolio of over 30 Destination Management Companies and luxury travel services across Africa and beyond.

Starting his career as a tour guide, Martin’s leadership style is grounded in a deep understanding of guest service and operational excellence. His passion for delivering outstanding travel experiences and his ability to unite teams around a shared vision make him well-positioned to lead ARP Africa Travel into its next phase of innovation and sustainable growth.
