Day 1 – Arrival in Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you’ll be met and transferred to Eka Hotel Nairobi. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure or enjoy an optional excursion such as the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, the Out of Africa experience, or the Nai Nami Cultural Walking Tour.

Overnight: Eka Hotel Nairobi (Superior Room, Bed & Breakfast)

Day 2 – Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, depart Nairobi and travel through Kenya’s scenic highlands, descending into the Great Rift Valley. Continue via Narok to the world-famous Masai Mara, arriving for lunch. Enjoy your first afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge at sunset.

Day 3 – Masai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in search of the Big Five. Optional hot-air balloon safaris can be arranged at an additional cost.

Day 4 – Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, journey north across the fertile highlands to Lake Naivasha. Arrive around midday and enjoy lunch followed by an afternoon boat ride across the lake, spotting hippos and a wide array of birdlife.

Day 5 – Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park

Depart Lake Naivasha after breakfast and travel via Nairobi to Amboseli National Park. Arrive for lunch and an afternoon game drive beneath the towering backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 6 – Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast, continue to Tsavo West. En route, view the Shetani Lava Flow before arriving for lunch. In the afternoon, visit Mzima Springs where crystal-clear waters reveal hippos and fish through an underwater viewing chamber.

Overnight: Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge (Full Board)

Day 7 – Tsavo West to Taita Hills Sanctuary

Enjoy a morning game drive en route to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. After lunch at Taita Hills Safari Resort, transfer to the elevated Salt Lick Safari Lodge where stilted rooms overlook a busy waterhole teeming with wildlife. Enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning for dinner and overnight.

Day 8 – Taita Hills to Mombasa Coast

After breakfast, travel southeast towards the Indian Ocean, arriving at your North or South Coast beach hotel in time for lunch. Your safari ends here, with optional onward beach stay or transfer to Mombasa or Watamu (supplementary cost applies).
